Trader Moe's is a trading post in Weyville, which deals in all sorts of goods, no questions asked.

This is where Heathcliff Sinclair acquired Mokurynn's egg, as he has a taste for strange objects. Unfortunately, said egg is also sought after by Moonshade: he tasked Azurai with interrogating the trader as to know its whereabouts, but this resulted in the trader's death. Azurai, Tsavo and Moonshade have taken over the trading post to discuss their plans, including those regarding Denevol, but they've abandoned it quickly after.
The trading post was supposedly destroyed along with the rest of Weyville soon after.
